Glovers Chimney, Ben Nevis III, 4
I first saw this route from above whilst on Tower Ridge. Glovers Chimney tops out at Tower Gap and when you look down into it you can't help but imagine yourself tussling with the famous top chimney pitch.
The first pitch can often get quite banked out later in the season but otherwise offers a great pitch of ice as you can see in the photos below. There follows two pitches of straightforward snow plodding to the base of the final chimney pitch. There is plenty of opportunity for gear and once up and out of the chimney you follow the top section of Tower Ridge to the summit plateau.
