Mike "Twid" Turner has been a leading light in British climbing for more than 15 years - having climbed over 50 E7's, scores of new routes and over a dozen major first ascents on Big Walls around the globe.

French 8a, E8, M8 and Scottish 8 have all formed part of his repertoire - not to mention the North Face of the Eiger in Winter and a successful career at the National Mountain Centre, Plas y Brenin - where he has been Head of Rock Climbing for the past 10 years.
Twid is a full UIAGM Guide, British Mountain Guide and Mountain Instructor and is sponsored by DMM and Mammut. 

Twid runs a range of Ice Climbing and Ski Mountaineering Courses during the winter from his base in Chamonix. He has the following availability for 2007:

Rock and Ice Road Trip to the States
