It might prove short lived but there was a fine spell of weather in Snowdonia this morning. I was out enjoying the sunshine with Gavin who after today has just one of the Welsh Hewitts (Hills in England, Wales and Ireland over Two Thousand feet) left to do. We ticked off Crib Goch today as well as Garnedd Ugain, Yr Wyddfa and Lliwedd to complete the Snowdon Horseshoe for good measure. The clouds started to roll in again as we crossed Crib y Ddsgol but consolation was the Brocken spectre that stalked us for most of the way. Well done Gavin and enjoy your final Hewitt!
