I have been joined by Richard, Marcus and Keith for our two day intro to scrambling course here in Snowdonia and we kicked off the course today by heading into Cwm Idwal, up Seniors Gully and then up Seniors Ridge. It has been pretty chilly and there was a fresh dusting of snow on the tops with more falling as we came off the hill. It was only cosmetic and the ground isn’t frozen but its due to be cold all weekend so it really feels like winter is on the way!
