Todays crux was without a doubt getting out of the van in Glencoe! It was wild and Rachel & Cath would have been happy to head straight to the pub I think. A leap of faith got us out of the van and onto the Zig Zags on Gearr Aonach which actually gave some fun snowy mountaineering, nicely sheltered from the winds. We expected to abseil the route but were pleasantly surprised that the shelter extended all the way to the top of Gearr Aonach and so we were able to make a bit of a journey by heading down the path from Stob Coire nan Lochain. Thanks very much Rachel & Cath for being such good fun in some fairly burly conditions.
