Accommodation on Skye
For our Skye scrambling week we meet each day in Carbost so try and place yourself within an easy drive of the village. Here are some suggestions to suit a range of budgets. Book as early as you can as accommodation on the island is limited and generally gets more expensive the longer you leave it.
Camping & Motorhomes
There are campsites at Glenbrittle and Sligachan and both are about a 20 minute drive from Carbost.
There are motor home facilities in Carbost. The water front has paid overnight parking at the Pier and there is a Caravan and Motorhome site at the top of the village.
Hostels & Bunkhouses
These all provide budget accommodation within striking distance of Carbost by car.
