Hi Rob
Thanks for lasts week’s excitement. Tracey and I had an absolutely great time. I think our work colleagues are fed up hearing about our adventures.
You covered all the things we wanted to “tick off” and got us leading a route in the rain too! I don’t think I’ll ever forget the exhilaration and satisfaction of the sea cliff at South Stack on such a windy day! Yet another successful holiday where I have had the mickey taken by the two of you all week. I’ve posted up some photos (although I have still got the videos to process).
Whilst the one of you in the storm shelter is a classic, the one of you giggling at South Stack is brilliant.

We’re already looking forward to our next marriage guidance holiday… 6 weeks to go!

Thanks for the awesome days out and the lovely blog post – really nice to have some pictures of us both on the trail for once! I love Kirsten’s ‘terrified, but making the best of it’ smile climbing up Tryfan – it nicely sums up how much we want to do scrambling routes but just need the confidence and experience 🙂 Having a few simple and easy-to-remember techniques, coupled with a day to put them into practice, worked really nicely – both for scrambling and for navigation. Though we’ve both had plenty of experience hillwalking and backpacking, we were hoping to get some more grounding in the fundamentals so we feel capable of tackling more challenging and complex routes ourselves – and that’s exactly what we got! It was also an absolute treat having your company for two days and sharing in your love of the mountains and in your many and varied experiences. We’ll definitely be back for more scrambling courses later, and the guided adventures sound very much like our cup of tea. It feels like we’ve opened up a whole new world of holidays now 🙂

Hi Rob,
Just to say thank you for giving me such an amazing Five days climbing. I really feel I have progressed and gained in confidence, even if my body is battered! Huw took me to Angelsey today and we did three routes, ending with Shite Hawk Alley, one name I won’t forget! The weather just got better and better with not one drop of rain.
Hope you have a great weekend and already looking forward to scrambling in July.
